Maplewood Kitchen and Bar

Met a friend and his wife here for a nice weekday brunch and it was just as spectacular as any other thunder dome restaurant. service was great, quick and friendly, food was simple but delicious, and the prices were pretty good. servings were a little better here than the one up in Deerfield, maybe because I didn't get steak, but as a whole it's tough to go wrong with brunch food!

My ideal date is a weekend brunch, with options ranging from indulgent, healthy, boozy, recharging, sweet, and savory. Maplewood offers all of the above! My partner and I recently had a great date morning after a little staycation at a hotel downtown. generous sizes, great prices, fast and friendly staff, and the all-important brunch cocktail menu If you're feeling like keeping last night going just a little bit longer.

I love their hash, topped with eggs, jalapeno, and a dash of hot sauce, my partner is a huge fan of their gigantic chicken club sandwich, where each half is a full meal, and you can grab a kid's plate for the little ones too. quick, comfortable, great way to celebrate!

Maplewood is a slightly upscale version of a diner, but the same idea applies. Open kitchen, classic eats, and quick, to order, breakfast lunch or brunch. I love the comfort and style of the whole restaurant, but none of that matters if the food doesn't go right. And Maplewood food goes real well. definitely worth it to stop if you're in the Cincinnati business district

Maplewood has that amazing combination of a great environment, casual service, high quality food, and very reasonable prices. because of this I struggle to call it just a cafe, but it's how they self-identify it's all recognize it. Delicious sandwiches, fresh salads, amazing egg dishes, and a full bar if you feel like day drinking. also they're in Cincinnati, not Minnesota... but they are an amazing place.
