Quick casual sushi that runs the gamut from ridiculous indulgent rolls to your own custom light bites. pick up a cheap lunch bento box for sushi, salad, gyoza, and a drink for the real deal. Everything is fresh and good quality, but it's not the finest sushi offerings in town. Just really good 👍

chicken & Rice bowl with fresh avocado and a hearty amount of peanut sauce makes for a great meal, quick easy and cheap, not the best quality but I'll take it.

Fusian offers quick, customizable, and pretty good quality sushi. they're definitely a step above the grocery store or the quick spots, but not quite what I would really go for if I wanted a quality sushi experience. fortunately the price is pretty cheap too.

another visit to Fusian of Hyde Park to grab a thing of dumplings. And just like last time they're pretty damn good!

A local Ohio mini chain that has build your own poke bowls and sushi, both of which turn out to be pretty good. they recently expanded their menu to include some more appetizers as well as a sticky rice dessert. I'm a fan of it! quick, pretty good sushi, entirely customizable, and good prices

I don't think I would put them up as some of the best sushi, but they do have the unique vibe of being able to customize it, order in advance, pick it up 5 minutes later and get yourself a quick lunch. their lunch bento box offers a small salad, four potstickers, and half a salmon roll. not a bad deal, and had a good price it's one I'm happy to grab when I need something quick, fresh, and tasty.
