Really inventive food, every dish was a showstopper, and with rhe beer pairing was such a fun experience. First time having beer “sommeliers” explain the beers to us, they were all so knowledgeable. Beers leaned a lot on sours/tart flavors. Loved all the differnt glassware they were served in. Service is bert attentive and 5 star. Most inventive dish and also a homage to the Windy City was the Wagyu Italian beef- perfect wagyu and exactly italian beef flavor. We were SO stuffed.

Last weekend I visited the world’s first Michelin star brewery and the food and vibes were beyond amazing! I was so caught up in the moment that I barely had time to capture all the deliciousness on camera. If you’re a foodie like me, this place should definitely be on your list - it’s perfect for a nice occasion or a special treat!
