One Hot Minute

Established in 2021. One Hot Minute is a plant based-focused project created by partners Cesar and Sarina who, through their love of food, aim to make an impact environmentally and locally in their community. While not vegans themselves, they have the goal to educate people about the environmental impact caused by meat consumption. They want to help bridge the meat-eating population to discover non-meat alternatives, while still enjoying their food. They believe that education can help shift consumers' mindsets and therefore, actions. They also believe in empowering youth with opportunities to earn a living wage in a safe work environment, giving them a sense of community and belonging. Lastly, Cesar and Sarina, through their Peruvian and Chinese heritages respectively, have led them on a path to create a blend of flavors that are unlike any other.
