This place is a must-try. I was feeling under the weather, so I ordered the Pan-fried Rice noodles with beef. The dish was incredible, with crispy noodles, perfectly cooked vegetables, and a rich, savory gravy. The beef broth I got instead of miso soup was a nice surprise—it was light and flavorful. Oh, the salmon spring rolls were quite filling. The food was so comforting that I'm already planning my next visit.

That's some good pho on a chilly day. Shortrib & Oxtail Pho at Pho Cadao's Escondido location. They have some different items that aren't so common in Pho joints, so we'll be back for more!
