our first time at Ramen Del Barrio! mexican-japanese fusion ramen, loved this concept! 🇲🇽🍜✨🇯🇵 We tried the Carnitas Tonkotsu Ramen and added the habanero mayu salsa. it made the broth super spicy and delicious! 🔥

I really enjoyed the fusion flavors at this spot and it’s a really unique take on Japanese and Mexican food! My one complaint was that the tripe was undercooked and chewy.

#Mexican inspired #ramen 🍜 mine was the cochinita #tonkotsu special, fiancé got the #pozole verde tonkotsu. Both had a ton of flavor and were very filling. They are changing locations soon, but at the time of this post are still inside Hana Market (closing at the end of 2025)
