Ramen Tatsu-Ya

Hands down the best #ramen. Multiple additions can make the price go up a bit but they are worth it. The adjitma eggs were perfect and the charsu pork was crispy yet fell apart easily. Reheats well too. The sake #frozè was unexpectedly good although a smaller portion. Mi so hot bowl had SO much flavor and wasnt too spicy that you couldnt add more to it. Fyi -The menus at each location differ slightly

I love grabbing a hot bowl of ramen - it just soothes the soul! Ramen Tatsuya is the only place I go to get ramen - the flavor of their broth is just so good, plus I love their thicker noodles. The only downside is how fatty the broth is (it’s veryyyy heavy so take that with a grain of salt)! However I only eat this every so often so I don’t feel as bad 😛
