delicious mexican food in nyc!

Tacombi is a well known chain in Miami & Washington DC, but recently they opened a Taqueria in West village #NYC, inspired by local eateries of Mexico City & I finally had a chance to visit it! I loved the food here & it tasted very authentic. The #tacos & #Mexican corn are absolute must tries here, especially the al pastor and shrimp tacos. Also, the place has a bit of shack and a bit of food truck vibe, which is fun.

Tacombi has delicious tacos and lots of seating! Love the black bean and sweet potato 😋

What’s your favorite taco?

A retro-style Mexican restaurant & bar that is favored by both locals as well as tourists. There are racks next to tables for hanging bags. The decor is simple yet cool. The food is delicious. It’s a nice choice for our last dinner at lower Manhattan in New York before we return to California.

ooof tacombi is one of my fav taco spots in nyc. their tostado tacos are sooo amazing. They are expensive for sure but the presentation and ambiance you get here is really great.
