Kimura on St. Marks is has some very comfy Japanese hotpot (as well as other selections). I ordered the collagen pork belly nabe which was flavorful and very big!

Tasty Japanese food with a kick. We got two preassembled hot pots filled with veggie & meats; squid, beef tongue, sushi and kimchi fried rice. Everything was great!

I went here for a date and it was very busy. I definitely recommend making a reservation. It was a fun experience with the mini hotpots. It is in the middle of a lively street, so there is a lot to explore in the area.

I love a hot pot in the winter time. Actually, I love hot pot any time of the year. This is my go-to sukiyaki spot in the city. It reminds me of Japan and definitely brings me to a happier mood. ☺️

We dove into the delightful Kimura Tasting Menu for 3 at just $180, an absolute steal! Starting with tantalizing appetizers like Hijiki Seaweed, Hamachi Jalapeno, 3 Kinds of Sashimi, Karaage, and Grilled Beef Tongue. But that's not all, we had the freedom to choose any hotpot – we went all in for the Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki hotpot with Chinese cabbage, Shiitake mushroom, Carrot, Shirataki, Tofu, Daisy crown, and Scallion. To top it off, a heavenly Matcha Almond Tofu.

Such yummy Japanese hotpot in St. Marks for decent price. We ordered the sukiyaki— the beef and broth was amazing. Dip it into raw egg and enjoy!
