The best udon noodles. The texture is just perfect! It is a bit pricey but broth is very clear and warms up your soul instantly.

Niku hot udon 🍜 includes beef short rib, honeycomb tripe, and beef tendon. It reminded me of chinese beef noodle soup. The broth was light with deep beef flavor. The udon noodles were the perfect texture. Ebiten udon 🍤 a dashi based broth with shrimp tempura, eggplant tempura and a salted plum on the side. The tempura batter was so light a salted plum on the side. The tempura batter was so light and crispy and paired well with the broth. Salmon Sushi 🍣 salmon, roe and lemon #fallfinds

Can’t go wrong with this amazing udon spot! They have a summer special which I had to try! Crab miso udon was so light and refreshing. Has a hint of yuzu flavor and it was just perfect for a hot summer day. If you like savory, go for their buta pork belly udon. Also light and refreshing that is topped with a drizzle of “Shabu” dressing.

Raku is the perfect cozy spot for soul-warming udon and other Japanese bites. It’s ALWAYS crowded, so be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation
