The Factory Kitchen is a Northern Italian trattoria located in Downtown Los Angeles' Arts District, developed by restaurateur Matteo Ferdinandi and chef Angelo Auriana. The restaurant focuses on pure, genuine ingredients and is known for handmade pastas that draw from the traditions of Northern Italy. The signature mandilli di seta, a handkerchief pasta with Ligurian pesto, has become a defining dish of the restaurant. Guests also rave about the prosciutto, salads, and porchetta.
