Pesents a unique dining experience serving contemporary flavors of Peru, offering traditional dishes with a modern twist, the menu features dishes such as Octopus Olivar and Lomo Saltado to Salmon Carpaccio and the “Gnocchis Huancaina” with creamy Peruvian chili sauce & truffle perlage; and for dessert "Warm Suspiro de Limeña lava cake" with creamy chirimoya ice cream.
