The Milton Inn is a 280 plus-year-old house in Sparks, Maryland. The Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras and Steak Tartare are standouts of the appetizers and starters. First time at this charming historic lodge to celebrate graduating from grad school and passing my board exam! Food, ambiance, and wait staff were all exceptional. I was even suprised with a special dessert from the staff at the end of dinner.
