Came for the view downtown Baltimore and happy hour but was told you can’t order food off the Happy hour menu unless you’re seated inside. It’s Summer time and you can only enjoy Happy Hour specials inside 😣 I did enjoy the games connect four and pool. Besides that I’ll stick to the nightclub after 9:30 the restaurant turns into with just bar food and drinks with a DJ
