Umaya is seriously one of the most memorable omakase places I have been to. Everything was beautifully presented. I loved being able to make my own hand rolls. Food tasted great and fish was fresh. Truly a spot that made me feel good & tastes good! I felt good being able to add my own seasonings and my belly was really happy. #MMSushi

Umaya is the perfect place for delicious sashimi and sushi. The chefs at Umaya use the freshest, most pristine ingredients. For lunch, they offer Bento/Jyu boxes and sushi. My favorite is their absolutely beautiful Omakase Lunch Set. They even provide a salt seasoning palette of housemade salt blends, which you can mix and match to create your perfect pair and season to your liking! 7oz ribeye steak for Dine LA

this is a hidden gem in ktown! the fish is soooooooo fresh 🤤 you get so much food for the Dine LA menu and it’s a great deal!! the interior is gorgeous and the staff is incredible 🫶🏻 love them so much!

My work and I came here during lunch for Dine LA. The restaurant is on the pricier side but the nirigi was SO GOOD esp the scallop and uni! The cocktails were delish too!

Umaya LA was SO good. I’ve never had omakase where you make your own hand rolls (the Umaya Omakase) and it was such a unique experience. I loved the scallop, uni, and toro the most. The service was also great - the server was on top of it. The decor is super cute and it’s a good place even just to grab a drink at the bar.
