I think this is the best flavor! The other flavors are good but this one was truly the best!

I was lucky enough to finally try an Uncle Tetsu Japanese-style cheesecake at a food festival in Las Vegas! The owners had an Uncle Tetsu stand and were from this L.A. location. I chose the Ube Cheesecake, and it was one of the BEST cheesecakes I’ve ever had in my life - I now understand all the hype! The quality was topnotch, and the owners were so sweet. I hope they open an Uncle Tetsu in Las Vegas soon!
