I know I don't really highlight the pasta here, because honestly every single thing here is amazing. Owned and operated by a family of Italian immigrants The VV experience is exactly what it sounds like. I love that they stock authentic Italian foods, oils, wines, and then serve the best dishes. Giant portions meant to be shared, incredible layers of flavor and richness, the absolute best house-made fresh bread and pretzels, to accompany rich olive oil. Breakfast lunch or dinner, VV is a treat.
