How do I earn Cash back?
Activate offers, make purchases with a connected card, and get cash back in your Franki wallet within 5-10 business days. Missing cash back? Tap the "Contact Support" button on an activated offer.
How do I earn Posting Rewards?
Franki members who are at Insider status or higher (Levels 9-20) earn rewards for posting videos (one per business every 30 days). Want to fast-track and start earning for your content? Apply to get promoted to Insider status here.
How do I earn a Rec Bonus?
Earn when someone activates a cash-back offer from your video and makes a purchase.
How do I earn a Level-Up Bonus?
Extra perks unlocked at higher levels.

How do I level up?
Complete level-specific tasks such as visiting businesses and making connected card purchases, providing recommendations, and posting videos to earn experience points (XP) that contribute to your level progress.
What are the perks?
Higher-level members unlock increased rewards, exclusive competitions, special events, and merch.
Gigs & Adventures
What are Gigs?
Gigs are video prompts you can complete for additional rewards. Some are business-specific (Business Gigs), while others can be completed anywhere (Anywhere Gigs).
What are Adventures?
Adventures are multi-step challenges that reward you for exploring new places & sharing experiences. Complete each step of an Adventure within the given time period to earn additional rewards.
Referrals
How do I refer friends?
Share your unique referral link or have friends input your username in the Franki wallet under “Who brought you to Franki?” within 7 days of signing up. Earn additional bonus rewards when they make their first purchase (see your wallet tab within the app for details).
*First purchase bonus is only available in eligible territories: California, Texas, and Illinois.
Lists
How do I save places I love?
You can save businesses to your Saved List or create custom lists from your saved favorites to track your old reliables and must-visit spots.
Can I add a missing business?
Yes! Use the in-app “Add a Business” feature located in your profile or email add@frankiapp.com.
