The idea for Biscuit Belly came about in 2013 from our owner, Chad Coulter. Being from Georgia, Coulter was not impressed with the biscuit offerings in Louisville. After launching his first restaurant concept, LouVino and growing that to 5 locations, he and chef Tavis Rockwell brought Biscuit Belly to life!
