We are fast casual, Japanese, American chicken, tender concept. The best chicken tender in LA! Established in 2024. 4 decades ago, LA native Maggie Antoine, began her culinary venture. Fueled by her passion and Japanese American (JA) heritage, she crafted a signature JA chicken tender recipe. Initially serving bento boxes to tour buses, she soon expanded her clientele to the LA film industry and corporate offices across the city. In the late 90s, Maggie and her sister Reiko Clark took their vision to Atlanta, where they opened their first store. Their dedication led to multiple awards and a successful franchise. After a prosperous collaboration they made the strategic decision, and sold their interests and returned to LA. They have since embarked on reinventing their family-run concept, led by their nephew and son, Noah Clark. Noah, the torchbearer of this family legacy, has assumed the reins. He is driven by unwavering determination to uphold and evolve his fa
