Hidden wine bar at the Parker Palm Springs with a surprisingly good tapas style menu. In my video the sever is shaving jamon to order - delicious! Love the food here and the wines are very well priced by the glass for such an upscale hotel.

Love this little hidden spot at the Parker Hotel. A small counter serving wine and Spanish tapas. Very authentic and delicious. A bit too intimate given the small space it can verge on squished.

Gorgeous little wine and tapas bar in the Parker hotel. Small amount of seats which can be a bit cramped but otherwise wonderful. The food is incredible and the wine selection is delicious and reasonably priced given how high end this hotel is.

Gorgeous Spanish tapas bar inside the Parker hotel Palm Springs. Counter seating only and it’s hard to come by so make sure you have a reservation. Get the hot dog. It sounds weird but it’s a must have.

Love this hidden wine bar and tapas restaurant in Palm spring. Food and drinks are great and reassembly priced given how upscale it is. The only criticism is that even though I had a reservation I got put at a sort of kids table seating since that was all they had.

One of my favorite spots in Palm Springs for date night. Gorgeous hidden wine bar with surprisingly affordable wine and delicious tapas bites like this hot dog- just trust me it’s delicious.
