We serve a central Texas style BBQ. We specialize in the low and slow method of barbecue. Our meats come in fresh and are rubbed with spices and smoked in our wood burning smoker. This can take anywhere from 4 - 14 hours. We do not sauce our meats but have homemade sauces in house. All of our sides are made fresh daily. Established in 2017. We opened our doors in November of 2017. We have made many menu changes to adapt to what sells and what is demanded. We keep our menu small, so all of our menu items are great. We do not want to be known for one item only. Business owner information Chris K. Business Owner Doc Watson's Smokehouse is a family owned and operated smokehouse. This is our first restaurant with many more to come. I try to visit every table and talk to customers to get their feedback.
