Healthy and flavorful Chinese food. Try our array of Customer Favorites Established in 2000. Born and raised in Taiwan, Taipei. Hsiueh Chiueh and her family came to the United States to live the American Dream. She learned her techniques from a head chef at a restaurant who honed her craft 30 years ago. Inspired to provide for her family, she started work at a family restaurant as a head chef at Vegetable Delight. As the years went by, she decided to leave Vegetable Delight to start her business venture, which is now known as the Garden Wok; having had no formal training at a prestigious cooking school, Hsiueh's persistence and dedication to the art of cooking made her a household name in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles as one of the most delicious and satisfying All Vegan Chinese Food experiences.
