KOREAN CUTEY BAKERY IN SARATOGA🧸 🤷‍♀️ the store is quite small and not super obvious on the outside. But once you find it, you will be instantly drawn to their very instagrammable interior decor!! Also they offer a range of desserts at very reasonable prices. I bought their black sesame cake - it tasted very good! Not too sweet and love the crust at the bottom. 🤷‍♂️ We bought their madeleine with their Korean sweet - tastes pretty good. I want to try their basque cheesecake next time.

Huge variety of Asian inspired flavored cakes and pastries. We liked the injeolmi and hojicha cake slices since they weren’t too sweet and enjoyed the earl grey filled madeline. The canele and the financier were just okay and we wouldn’t get those again.

The BEST bakery if you don't like overly sweet desserts. Strawberry and mango are my favorite fruit options and then Matcha,Earl Grey, black sesame, and chocolate... I truly can't choose.

Gu Eum is a delightful gem for dessert lovers! Their madeleines are truly outstanding—perfectly baked with a delicate texture and just the right touch of sweetness. My absolute favorite was the strawberry madeleine, which had a subtle filling that added a lovely surprise without overwhelming the flavor. I also tried one of their teas—the lemon yuzu—and it was light, citrusy, and incredibly refreshing. Very cute!
