Cute authentic Japanese brunch spot that has been around for more than a decade. Service was very prompt. Food was decent, but a little pricy for what you get.

Hi-Collar is a Japanese style restaurant that also occasionally has live jazz music. We ordered the corn ribs, seafood platter, menchi katsu, and their original hayashi rice.
