Hibiki Sushi in Deep Ellum is definitely worthy of a re-do! I wouldn’t say I loved it but I did enjoy some of what I ordered here. The shrimp fried rice was good, I’ve personally had better. I didn’t enjoy my salmon roll but my gfs roll was pretty good!
