I absolutely adore Hillstone! It’s super veggie-forward, and every dish is incredibly flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The service is attentive and welcoming, making it a spot I’d happily come back to regularly. Overall, there is no room for complaints—only praise!

If you are looking for an upscale American dining experience, then look no further than Hillstone. When you walk in, the ambiance is breathtaking! The Kurt Vonnegut picture was amazing! I started off with Focaccia Bread with olives, almonds and cheese. It was so delicious and soft! The Creamy Chicken with Tortilla Soup was so flavorful and had a nice spice to it. My favorite dish was the French Dip with Fries. I’ve had this dish many times before and it’s heavenly. The fries are so good!
