"honey's is a bar in Brooklyn New York where we produce small batch meads and bottled cocktails. Our meads are naturally crafted using barrel fermentation, wild yeast, foraged herbs, and locally sourced fruit. These honey-based wines are dry, around 12% ABV, and released seasonally. you can find our meads at your favorite wine shops, bars, and restaurants."
