Leung Noodles has become one of my family’s favorite noodles spot in San Jose. The food is amazing every time. I got the dried Nam Vang with combination noodles. The bouncy rice and egg noodles were tosses in a house special sauce; it was very flavorful. The bowl was loaded with fresh toppings such as meat and shrimps. I highly recommend this spot if you want to try some authentic Vietnamese noodles.

I can’t believe it took me so long to try this place out. This is by far my favorite Vietnamese noodles spot. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. I tried their Saigon Special and it was phenomenal. The noodles were well seasoned and loaded with topping. The bone marrow soup on the side was so delicious!

Leung noodle is a hole in the wall spot but has increased in popularity , usually a wait on weekend. The dry noodle is the best and comes with a pork rib soup for a dollar more. The condiments add a great touch of pickled garlic and fish sauce. I always come when i have a chance. 10/10

They are known for their combination dried noodles which came with many different toppings and noodles. Rice and egg noodles are literally the perfect combo!!

Great portion. They give a lot of different topping. The noodle is chewy and flavorful.
