Matoi was such a good experience. A very intimate omakase experience. Chef TJ was so knowledgeable about the quality seafood he was serving and you can really tell he takes care of making sure every bite is meticulously curated. Traditional Tokyo style sushi is Chef TJ’s specialty.

this is a fantastic, traditional spot for omakase. the chef knows what he is doing and the fish is incredibly fresh.
