Miner Street is known primarily for its Fun Events- from Crab Racing to our annual Suitcase Party... we definitely create buzz . We are the only bar in Des Plaines with a Shuffle Board Table and are open til 4am on weekends! Come check us out. Established in 2009. We are 3 young open-minded business owners that are always looking to implement new ideas. Originally the Bar was part of the Sugar Bowl Restaurant - which is a landmark in the northwest suburbs. With that said, we have maintained the Bar's old characteristics (such as the original flooring from the 40's and original ceiling) yet added 7 LCD TV's, 12 Beers on Tap, Granite Countertops and Bi-Folding Doors that swing open bringing a nice breeze in!
