Nozomi La Jolla

This was one of the most unique Japanese Restaurants I've been to, but the food was at some really high quality! Especially their Sweet Shrimps (Amaebi), it was so fresh and worth it. They also offered Famous Chirashi Salad, which was a Nozomi Signature. I unfortunately didn't get it, but I saw someone else got it, and it looked fantastic! I'd definitely get that if I ever went back!

Fresh, carefully prepared chirashi that really stands out. The pork katsu bento was satisfying — perfectly crispy with solid sides. Relaxed atmosphere, attentive staff, and left comfortably full. The kind of place you just keep coming back to.
