I Iove their dipping ramen! So refreshing on a hot summer day. Tastes better when it’s a cold noodle dipped in warm broth. So flavorful.

This place really stands out with their broth, unlike ones I have had before, the hint of lime delivers a well-rounded flavour profile that is both satisfying and refreshing. I would recommend adding the additional lime into the broth midway through the meal, to lift the heavy richness of the broth! It is on the pricey side. Considering the number of items and seats, I would much prefer an order process that does not involve the use of phones — this may also cut cost for them!

📍Okiboru - Lower East Side 📝You’re gonna wanna bookmark this new Michelin rated noodle spot in NYC! 🍜Okiboru is a brand new tsukemen shop that opened up in LES and this place is so good!! This honestly might be one of my top spots to eat in NYC. 🍜I got the regular tsukemen ($18.90) which comes with two slices of chashu, a half soft boiled egg, seaweed, and fish cake. Also: get the kaedama extra noodles as it is essentially another full noodle portion!

Had to try this Michelin rated spot for dipping noodles! We’re a big fan of tsukemen and this place did not disappoint. Luckily, we got seated right away. The restaurant was really small so be ready to be seated in a very tight space. Designed to self order, pay in advance, dine in quickly and go. But they won’t rush you if you decide to stay around.
