I get takeout GF tie dye pizza from here a lot. It is so good!! One of my favorite GF pizza spots in the city.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had! You could tell all of the ingredients were fresh and the sauce was homemade. We had the Rubirosa Supreme. Super cute restaurant as well!

I love Rubirosa and now my daughter is also a fan! They have so many great pizza options from traditional to a little more unique. Their sauce is so tasty and their crust is a perfect thin and crispy style crust.

Rubirosa in Nolita is straight-up carb heaven. Order the ultra‑thin, crackly-crust vodka or Tie Dye pizza (marinara + vodka + pesto). Don’t sleep on their rigatoni; it’s equally delicious and the best comfort food. Tip: Skip dinner crowds. Come by at lunch or put your name in early to avoid a two‑hour wait. I got there 20 mins before opening and got a table right away.
