PokiMX is a one-of-a-kind poké and sushi restaurant with a Hispanic twist. Our fresh, sushi-grade fish, signature sauces, and house made lemonades are what set us apart! We also serve all-you-can-eat sushi so you can try out all our sushi rolls in one sitting! Established in 2019. PokiMX (previously Pokitomás) began as an idea between two brothers to bring something they would personally love to their home - the San Fernando Valley. Poké was a treat but not something we found easily accessible, so we decided to experiment with the ingredients at home and, to our amazement, we found that we added new flavors that have never been added to poké before. And so began our journey to creating something unique and entirely new - a menu that blends the essence of traditional poké with the explosive flavors of Hispanic cuisine.
