Tarbosh, new ish restaurant in town in El Cajon. do keep in mind the restaurant is not an authentic Arabic restaurant, the owner, Elad Primosher is Israeli . wide selection of eats with a tarbosh hat on top. i enjoyed their kibble and meats, zucchini was a bit undercooked and egg plant not as flavorful as I like. overall delicious! lots of seating, large restaurant. $30 each for all you can eat buffet with drinks included.

Tarboosh is full on flavor, delicious falafel sandwiches just needs some extra sauce. manaqeesh savory pastries were light and flavorful, nice tomato flavor. they cater, so great for any events.
