My favorite ramen in san diego!! For take out or dine in, you cant go wrong. I recommend the ring of chashu if you love meat or the akumi ramen if you love spice. Soooooo goooood

Quick and easy ramen! So many flavor options and vegan ones! This location also has rice dishes and a special wagyu meat. Also burger! That’s new. Pretty spacious (usually have outdoor seating but appears they took that option away)

The ramen I got here at Nishiki Ramen was the Notorious GGG which came with chasu pork and a heck ton of crispy garlic and garlic paste. The ramen got super heavy and greasy at the end, so I would recommend coming and asking for less oil of some sort. Overall, ramen is not my favorite Japanese dish, but Nishiki was still worth the try.
