After serving together in the Marine Corps, Allan and Denise Gilbert founded the Bunker Bar & Grill to show Chicago how to work and play hard. From signature cocktails to fresh, homemade burgers, we never settle for anything less than perfection. If you're feeling up for the challenge, try the Sunday special -- a bloody mary topped with a full meal of sliders, cheese, and other snacks as tall as the Willis Tower. We're proud to support our troops and law enforcement officers, and we're dedicated to offering them a space to unwind after serving our community.
