WOW! is what we want our guests to feel when they come here. We looked around and realized that all the pancake house restaurants are basically the same. They have the same salads, the same wraps, the same omelets, the same skillets and the same dull pancakes. They might word them different but its all the same. We love southern food so we came up with unique southern dishes for breakfast and lunch that you don't expect to see in a pancake house. The freshness of our ingredients, the presentation of our food, the hospitality of our employees and the creativeness of our dishes is what really makes us stand apart from the rest.
