Wild Onion Brewery is an award-winning brewpub and full-service restaurant. We offer a variety of hand-crafted ales and lagers along with an eclectic menu of delicious comfort food and house-smoked meats. Enjoy a pint under our massive Doug Fir timberframe bar. The Onion Pub began as the Wild Onion Brewing Company in 1996 with the simple goal of brewing the finest beer available to local beer drinkers. Our original brewery was located two blocks away, and was pieced together with used dairy tanks in a small warehouse. As we grew our keg and bottle sales throughout Chicagoland, we began to dream of building a taproom and pub on this site.
