A bit on the salty side but otherwise a cute spot!

Best meal ever at Barra Santos. We ordered 4 different seafood options: bluefin tuna crudo, scallop crudo, grilled octopus, and head on prawns. Every single dish was expertly prepared and tasted just you would find in Portugal. Servers were friendly and attentive and food came out at a nice pace. Great place for a date!

Stopped by Barra Santos for a taste of Portugal before our trip, but the meal was hit or miss. The Piri Piri Chicken was cooked perfectly, though both the Bluefin Tuna and the Bifana were unfortunately way too salty. It’s a great atmosphere, but between the seasoning issues and the 3% health fee on the bill, it wasn't quite the experience we hoped for.

This place is seriously a hidden gem! Fresh farm to table seasonal foods that all were a great hit!

The Asian pear salad with miso dressing was incredible!

Love this place! Feels like you’ve been transported to Portugal. Great outdoor dining, but small space so come early or be prepared to wait.

Barra Santos is one of the only Portuguese restaurants in LA. Every time I dine here, it is a hit. They have so many seafood options from crudos to an entire fried fish. It’s a true Portuguese experience! They also have plenty of different vermouths which you can’t find anywhere else. The crispy potatoes are some of the best.
