Chinato, is an intimate and immersive cocktail bar led by co-owner and bar director Ray Zhou, an alum of Double Chicken Please. The bar features an unconventional island-style layout, allowing guests a 360-degree view of the bartending craft. The cocktail menu draws inspiration from music, with drinks like the "Gin & Juice," blending gin, earl grey, grapefruit, strawberry, rhubarb, Campari, and clarified yogurt. The food program, developed by Zhaojin Dai, sous chef at two-Michelin-starred Jungsik, offers inventive dishes such as fluke with crispy seaweed, avocado, and orange.
