Cinkuni is now offering some fun classes! Their first one will be a sushi making class on Valentines Day. Some friends and I got a little preview of what it will be like! We started with some sake while we learned a bit about the history and etiquette, then we got a demonstration of some techniques to build different rolls. Then we all got to try to make some of the rolls ourselves! It was such a fun experience, and we learned so much! Contact to book for 1-3pm on Valentines Day!
