Hitto Ramen

New ramen spot opened on Hylan Blvd! The tonkotsu broth was super flavorful and noodles were a good bouncy texture. Tastes like authentic Japanese ramen. Calamari was out of this world that we ordered 4 of them for our table of 6. They also have fun iced drinks - we tried the passion fruit tea and it was so refreshing! Will definitely come back for more!

Second time @ the Hylan blvd location.. their menu changed from their soft opening as they have images on it now which is much more aesthetic! Tonkotsu ramen was amazing last time but today their slices of pork were all too lean. The calamari was also better the first time as it was a little less crispy today but still good. Overall still a nice addition to the neighborhood and better than most ramen places. We also got to sit upstairs and it was nice & intimate as we were the only ones there 🍜
