He has worked alongside Little Beast's Chef Sean Lowenthal out of Eagle Rock and partnered with Best Girl Ace Hotel Downtown LA, Chef Cimarusti, also owner of Providence. With years of working and being mentored by powerful chefs from across the country, Chef Torres has made a footprint in the industry himself.
