Tajima Ramen

Tajima serves up some delicious authentic Japanese cuisine including their made from scratch ramen and a variety of amazing tapas, sushi, rice bowls, and more! ✨ For the garlic lovers, the Tajima Black is the way to go but my personal favorite is the Creamy Chicken Ramen 😋 Pro tip: order the made from scratch gyoza!

Tajima’s just opened a Crown Point location, and the food is soup-erb. I’ve been going to the Convoy Street location since they opened and love their food. Their ramen and karaage is fantastic.

Tajima is one of our favorites in the neighborhood combining super authentic flavors and dishes and innovating with San Diego flavor. I was honestly so caught off guard with how delicious their carnitas dishes are, so good!

I had an amazing dining experience at Tajima! I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was rich and flavorful, with the perfect balance of creamy broth and tender noodles. I also tried the Jalapeño Bombs, which were a fantastic burst of spice and flavor, and the Hot Wings were crispy and packed with heat. The Gyoza was perfectly crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside — an absolute must-try! To wash it all down, I had some refreshing Sake, a cold Sapporo Beer, and a delightful Peach Soju.
