Biga Bite

Came here for a bday celebration mainly for the giant pizza that they offer but we weren’t impressed by the service and quality of food presented. We found pieces of hair in the slices. Asked to speak to management but they were not available. Staff did not know how to accommodate or resolve situation. Left with an unpleasant experience. The pizza itself was crunchy and good but there is definitely room for improvement for staffing / customer service / management.
