The best pasta in San Diego 😋

I had the pleasure of dining at Cori Pastificio during SD Restaurant Week, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our group was warmly welcomed, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The highlight for me was the short rib agnolotti—simply incredible. The pasta was delicate and perfectly made, while the short rib filling was rich, tender, and full of flavor.

The pasta was cooked well and the bolognese had nice flavor with a little kick. Overall good, solid Italian food. Our omnivore family raved about all of their dishes also.

This place is super cute, and serving up delicious #italianfood in #northparksd. I love #lasagna, so that was a must, but i was most excited about their #caciodepepe donuts! Yum! Perfect date spot or friend catch up. And their #tiramisu is really tasty!

Welcome to a five course Sicilian dinner with paired wines. The food is absolutely spectacular, and it's just like dining in Italy. I highly recommend reservations as its most evenings.

For dishes we started with the octopus which was good but I wish the had grilled the octopus versus just oven roasting. The cannelli bean base was a different take that we enjoyed. I got the tonnarelli pasta with 3 different kinds of tomatoes and it was good but honestly similar to what I could have made at home. My partner got the ditalini with squid ink pasta and a bunch of seafood. He did like the flavor of the broth and the seafood but wished it had more pasta.

The food was very good, we are vegan and they have a vegan menu with different options. Everything we tried from the risotto to the eggplant parm were flavorful and delicious. Ambiance is perfect for date night Only downside is the service was lacking, for the price point I would expect the servers to be more attentive. It took a long time for her to take our order and bring the check, we had to wave her down multiple times.
