Business Owner Started as a waitress in this establishment back in 2005, I went through countless days of working mornings while attending school in the evenings in an effort to obtain my business management degree. After successfully graduating from San Diego State University I was finally ready to begin my own business. Opportunity came knocking when the owner of this establishment decided it was time to retire in 2017. I gladly took over and since have dedicated my heart and soul to country waffles
