We make our hummus and falafel from scratch. That means garbanzo beans soaked/rehydrated overnight, then blended and ground with fresh ingredients. This traditional method of making the food provides you with the optimum flavor. Established in 2020. I started cooking small batches of family recipes in 2017 and did test runs among friends and family. In 2020, following many more small batches of falafel, I expanded the offerings and again shared with friends and family. In 2021, myself and a my crew began doing pop-ups at prominent neighborhood spots to share the family recipes with the community.
